To ensure total transparency and customer satisfaction, we provide a comprehensive trial period before any financial commitment is required.
1. The "Try Before You Buy" Standard
We believe our customers should be 100% confident in their purchase. Therefore:
- Evaluation Period: We offer a free trial of our services to all new users.
- Informed Purchase: By proceeding with a paid subscription after the trial, the customer acknowledges that they have tested the software’s features, interface, and compatibility with their institutional needs.
- No "Change of Mind" Refunds: Because of the availability of the trial, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind," "lack of use," or "switching to a competitor" once a purchase is finalized.
2. Eligibility for Refund (3-Day Window)
We maintain a strict 3-day refund window from the date of the initial purchase. Refunds within this window are considered only under the following conditions:
- Technical Failure: If a major technical defect prevents the software from functioning as advertised and our support team is unable to provide a fix or workaround within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate Payment: In the event of an accidental double-billing or technical error during the checkout process.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain costs associated with the setup of your school management system are labor-intensive and are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Setup & Migration Fees: Any one-time fees paid for data migration, custom branding, or initial school setup.
- Training Sessions: Fees paid for personalized staff training or on-site consultations already conducted.
4. Subscription Cancellations
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops future billing cycles. However, it does not trigger a prorated refund for the remaining days of the current billing period.
- Access: You will continue to have access to eLogin features until the end of your current paid term.
5. Technical Support Commitment
We pride ourselves on 24/7 reliability. Before requesting a refund, customers are required to:

- Allow our engineers a minimum of 48 hours to diagnose and attempt to resolve the issue.
6. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. All refunds will be issued strictly to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Mobile Wallet) to ensure security and prevent fraud.
